I’m so glad you’re here, no matter what brought you here to find me. Maybe you are struggling with a major life change, anxiety, depression, or trauma that has been impacting your view of yourself, your relationships, or your ability to get through the day. I specialize in working with adults who are looking to evaluate who they are now and what they want from their next phase of life. If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself, your body, or your life, I want to help you find yourself again while feeling safe and grounded in the therapeutic relationship.

A Sweet Alternative

If you’ve ever felt therapy seemed like a daunting concept, a bake and talk session might be the perfect fit! I am happy to offer baking therapy sessions to you as a stand alone service or as an option to pair with talk therapy sessions. If you choose a baking session, it will be 1-2 hours where I can support you to build or hone your baking techniques and create time for self-care. I am so excited to bring my love of baking to others as it is something that has accompanied me through many phases of my life. I believe it can carry YOU through your life’s challenges as well.
